Friends of the Foro,

We would like to extend a cordial invitation for you and your 
colleagues to participate in the 15th Transborder Library Forum 
(FORO) that will take place from March 4-6, 2009 at the Hotel Camino 
Real in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

The FORO is being organized by CETYS Universidad and San Diego State 
University and will include more than 30 presenters from both sides 
of the border on themes such as: Multiculturalism, New Technologies, 
Marketing, Education, Library Services, Evaluation, Information 
Literacy, Virtual Reference, with everything focused on the library 
environment.

Registration is $135 prior to the start of the event.  Information
