[Sigiii-l] ICTs highlights in Benin (2007)

 Dear all,

In 2007,  some major events affected ICTs field in Benin. The first one
is the forum on ICTs and development held in May, the second one is the
suspension of the services of two of the four mobile phone companies,
and the  last  one is the launching of the fibre optics connexion
between Benin, Togo and Nigeria.
