rural poor.

2. Building Local Capacity for ICT Policy and Regulatory Research,

The overall objective of this activity is to develop a needs assessment

demand for, sustainable capacity-building programs for ICT policy and
regulation in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.

The deadline for submission of expressions of interest to participate in
either of these projects is 17 July 2006.

More information about these two upcoming projects, including full terms
of reference and EOI submission guidelines, is available on the infoDev
web site at:

If you know of firms/organizations that might be particularly appropriate
for this assignment, we would be most grateful if you would bring these
procurement notices to their attention.

Thank you for your continued interest in infoDev.
