We appreciate your help in disseminating next year's paper contest as widely as
you can. Feel free to post in any listservs, blog, websites etc. This paper
contest is a golden opportunity for networking, professional recognition, career
development, publishing opportunities, and knowledge sharing. To participate,
one must be a developing country citizen currently residing in a developing
country. If you qualify, the International Paper Contest Committee encourages
you to submit a paper in addition to circulating this message.
