[Sigiii-l] A new journal

A new electronic journal has been launched in Geneva, Switzerland.

The publication intends to highlight the production of information
scientists from French speaking Switzerland but accepts contributions
in German, Italian and English.
Its aim is to contribute to the development of information science in
Switzerland.
The publication is biannual and free. The first issue is online.
