The IFLA Section for Continuing Professional Development & Workplace
Learning (CPDWL) invites you to join it's discussion list on IFLANET.  

The objective of the List is to "provide a discussion list for
information professionals who are interested in issues to do with
continuing professional development & workplace learning in the library
and information professions".
