2nd CALL FOR PAPERS

The 2004 International Research Conference on Innovations in Information
Technology (IIT2004)

Dubai, UAE - October 4-6, 2004

Dear Colleagues,

You are cordially invited to submit your quality research papers to the 2004
International Research Conference on Innovations in Information Technology
(IIT2004). The IIT2004 will be held in Dubai-UAE during October 4-6, 2004 in
coordination with GITEX, the 3rd worldwide largest IT Exhibit. It will be
