This "2nd worldwide survey" by PoliticsOnline is interesting from a
number of standpoints. But for the 2 first mentioned names, Al Jazeera and
Africa Online, both commercial services, the winners are all from the
"1st world".

The universal trend toward considering one's own backyard as the
center of the universe might be somewhat counterproductive in an era
of globalization.
