An interesting aspect of the new global order is the variability of principles
and their applications on the basis of who among the key players might suffer
much.

One way of interpreting the above mentioned decision is to see that when this
seems likely to harm major IT companies, the need for, and urgency of, software
patentability is drastically reduced.
