While the preparation of the 1st congress of the International Center
for Information Ethics proceeds, a preliminary outline is already
available at http://icie.zkm.de/congress2004
The most urgent requirement in the present "information age" (and any
previous one in fact), as demonstrated in the news every day, is
ethics. 
I hope many of you will contribute, attend, or keep posted.
