[Sigiii-l] Commercial cross-language full text online databases

I am looking for examples of commercial cross-language online databases.
In other words, database services that meet the following criteria:

1) Cross-language: A query in a first language retrieves a document in a
second language

2) Full text: The query is against the body of the document and not
against a bibliographic field or an abstract that has been manually
created in the first language

3) Commercial: Users pay for using the database

4) Online: Users can enter the queries themselves from their desktop PC
and receive the results in "real time".


The LSI database at PatentCafe is the closest I can think of, but it is
run in batch mode so is not quite "online".
