Discussions at the global Plaza emphasized multilingualism.
So, for those of you who speak Portuguese, or would like to, I'd like
to draw attention on the bimonthly electronicc journal DataGramaZero
which can be found at <http://www.dgz.org.br > with a mirror in the
USA at  <http://www.dgzero.org/>
It covers a broad spectrum of Information science issues; each issue
is normally focused on a particular theme. There are abstracts and
keywords in English.
The journal celebrates its 3rd anniversary wiht the December 2002
issue.
