We invite you to register for the upcoming 3rd IEEE/ACM International 
Conference on Information and Communication Technologies and Development 
(ICTD2009), to be held April 17-19, 2009 at Carnegie Mellon University 
in Doha, Qatar.

The ICTD2009 conference will act as a focal point for new scholarship in 
the field of ICT and international development, and will include both 
academics and practitioners. In addition to academic paper 
presentations, poster sessions, workshops, panels and demos, this 
conference features exciting keynote presentations.

Confirmed keynote speakers include Bill Gates, Co-Chair of the Bill and 
Melinda Gates Foundation; and Carlos Braga, Director, Economic Policy 
and Debt, The World Bank.

Early registration before February 28, 2009: US$200 General / US$150 Student

Standard registration from March 1 to April 19, 2009: US$250 General / 
US$200 Student
