[Sigifp-l] Two new issues of Government Information Quarterly

Two new issues of Government Information Quarterly have been released.  Issue 23(3/4) is a special issue on Rural Broadband.  Issue 24(1) is a general issue on a range of policy topics.  The table of contents of both issues are below.
