[Sigifp-l] SIG-IFP Meetings in Charlotte and Callfor Papers/Panels

Perhaps a time could be found that doesn't conflict with either the banquet
for SIG-CON, even if the meeting has to be scheduled in the hotel lobby
instead of one of the rooms reserved for SIG meeting.
