Please take note of the following items in relation with the 2005 ASIST 
meeting in Charlotte, NC:


  A. SIG-IFP Meetings at 2005 ASIST

Tuesday November 1: 12:00-1:00 Room 1   SIG-IFP Business Meeting and 
Planning Session


Wednesday November 2:  11:30am -1:00pm  All SIGs Planning Meeting

Wednesday November 2:  1:00pm-  SIG-IFP Planning Follow-up Session (Room 
TBD)

Possible SIG-IFP Networking dinner out (night/time TBD)

 


  B. Call for Papers/Panels

This will also serve as a call for papers/panels ideas for the 2006 
ASIST in Austin, Texas, November 3-9. You can bring your ideas to the 
planning meeting above, or send them by email to me at 
jgathegi at ci.fsu.edu <mailto:jgathegi at ci.fsu.edu> Topics may include 
Ethical/Legal/Policy implications of digital worlds.

 


  C. New SIG-IFP Website

Watch for the roll out of the new SIG-IFP web site, designed by a 
student at Florida State University's College of Information and 
currently hosted on a server at the College. The URL coming soon!
