Further to Terry Maxwell's call

Introduction:
I am visiting Professor of Information policy at the Dept. of
Information Science, City University London, and a long time
international consultant in KM and STI systems
My work was exclusively in the international and "developing
countries" arena.

Interests:
International aspects of IP, e.g. dot force, dot what, UNICT, etc.
including reflection of US policies and regulations upon the
international sphere
Policies in the developing countries, especially public spher,
universal access, telecentres, information culture, E-Gov, etc.
