The editors (see below) of _Government Information Quarterly: An
International Journal of Information Technology Management, Policies,
and Practices_ are pleased to announce the release of Volume 19, number
2 (2002). The issue explores a number of international information
policy, management, and organizational practices and research. The
upcoming issue (number 3), guest edited by Harold Relyea, is a timely
