Innovative market leader in financial trading seeks a UX Designer to enhance the overall User Experience that is delivered across their trading platforms and to their clients as a whole.

You will be working on full UCD lifecycle, conducting user research and usability studies to help inform your design decisions. Your role will involve lots of requirement gathering, presenting and selling ideas to stakeholders, running UX workshops. Very collaborative role, lots of sketching, wireframing and prototyping to help demonstrate your ideas. Client is constantly seeking to improve functionality to ensure a seamless User Experience across all their products.

Role is quite mobile focussed, specifically designing UX for android platforms. Work in a very collaborative environment, often need to get products to market in quite a short timeframe, hence need to be able to be flexible in your approach to designing UX, sometimes having to compromise on best practise UX to get the best possible product out to market in a quick timeframe. You will report into the senior UX lead.

In return my client can offer fantastic benefits, great bonus, pension and work to life balance. Offer training and mentoring too.

Salary; £50k
Location; London
