Arguably the coolest, leading ecommerce brand out there producing world-class cutting-edge user experiences, my client is a noted ecommerce fashion retailer keeping the customer at its core, continuously striving to both excite and engage. Their innovation makes them stand out from the crowd, leading interactive design across multiple platforms, producing pioneering website features and forerunning with mobile web and iOS.
Understanding that the customers experience is vital to their success they are currently expanding their team. They are looking for an innovative User Experience Designer to work in a collaborative environment with a number of core teams, helping to create technology internally bridging the gap between themselves and their customers.
The Role of the User Experience Designer…
Reporting to the Head UX you will be working iteratively, developing initial ideas into the next big thing.
• Marrying business requirements with customer focused experience across multiple platforms.
• Collaboratively work with the rest of the UX team and UI designers to create customer friendly interface designs.
• Be a user experience advocate, engaging with cross functional teams to ensure that new features are implemented.
• Use customer & data driven insight to drive conversion, usability and accessibility.

Experience of usability testing (guerrilla & formal), through to wireframing, testing, Full UCD lifecycle?
