The Client...
My client is a unique business offering its employees a great reward scheme, always putting them at the centre of everything they do. They have incredible customer loyalty, respect and established brand, looked at by the industry to set a good customer experience example. At the forefront of customer experience they are likely to steer their attention to considering Omni channel journey's, creating a unified digital experience for customers.
They are on the hunt for a mid-weight User Experience Architect to join their dynamic team of 9 UX professionals collaborating to drive customer experience and sales potential across their multiple platforms; mobile, web, apps. They are invested in you, your wellbeing and how you reach your true potential as well as you just producing great work.
The Role...
This is an iterative role, continuously evaluating the websites and campaigns for improvement, collaborating with the design, merchandising and development teams. Working across the full UCD lifecycle you will be known as the 'Guardian of the customer experience', expert in usability and sought for advise, ensuring all decisions maximise the online customer experience. You will need to manage stakeholders expectations, securing buy-in to all design concepts, though also able to challenge their ideas using your wealth of knowledge.
You work on a wide variety of projects from redesigning check out, creating ipad/mobile apps to redesigning some of their core pages.
So... The Candidate...
You will have 2-3 years' experience either a junior with a strong skill set ready to move up the ladder or an established mid-weight User Experience Architect, ready to get involved in this hands on role.
Retail and ecommerce experience is desired but in no way essential. Your portfolio of works will demonstrate your involvement over all levels of the UCD lifecycle; wireframing, prototyping, user testing etc., and your ability to work to a deadline.

Salary; £35k +
