I have a new perm position to brief you on;

One of Europe's leading experience design consultancies who are placed as a top 100 company to work for are looking for a senior practitioner to sit within their UX team.  They're a full service consultancy working over multiple vertical markets, a great opportunity to work for an exceptional consultancy with global brands.

The role of senior practitioner will be to split between being hands on with the projects, creating considered UX design along with the communication effect commercial propositions to the client.  It's a unique offering as the working environment is akin to that of a marketing agency, but has the deep strategic thinking of a consultancy within an agile environment.  You'll be working with a UX team, not as the only UX in the company offering a chance to develop you knowledge from your peers.

Some of your key tasks/responsibilities will be;


·         Being proactive in the development of the company and leading by example

·         Sharing your knowledge within the business

·         Coaching and mentoring

·         Running the end to end process of quality driven research

·         Effective client communication

·         Floorless and effective UX design

·         Adding value within the pitch process

·         Inspire the teams to work within company culture and core values

What skills and experience should you have?


·         Design/marketing agency commercial experience

·         Would be nice if you're educated in a relevant degree, however if you're at the top of your game we still want to hear from you

·         Big brand experience

·         Commercially astute, you'll know ROI and online marketing metrics

·         Outstanding communication though writing and presenting skills

·         Experienced in  leadership
