About the company

 

I am looking for a mid-weight user experience architect to join a dynamic
start up company, that specialises in providing design and build solutions
for clients. My client works with the world’s leading content owners,
publishers and marketers to maximise the impact and reach of their digital
video, providing them with the software, technology and expertise to grow
their digital strategy. 

 

Company’s ambition

 

My client is well-funded and has developed a rapid growth and evolution
strategy, centred on attracting the brightest user experience architects,
visual designers and copywriters. User Centred Design methodology is a
central tenet to the digital strategy in all projects. The strategic focus
is to grow the business by strategically working on big, complex design and
build projects. 

 

About you

 

If you are passionate about creating a world-class user experience and your
portfolio demonstrates specific examples of working across the full UCD
lifecycle this role would be for you. The Head of User Experience is looking
for someone who is particularly interested in working on complex design and
builds and is happy to facilitate workshops, produce detailed interaction
design using Axure, and support the development of a UX pack; including user
journeys, wireframes and screen designs.

You will have at least 3 years UX experience, and have a portfolio
demonstrating examples of personas, wireframes and user journeys. Candidates
should also have an in-depth understanding of HCI and Cognitive Psychology
with a related degree in the field (BA, BSc, MA).
