Our client who are an independent agency are working with leading international clients are looking for a senior UX to join their team.  This agency don't believe in the standard hierarchy and have opted for a flat internal structure for a collaborative creative strategy.

Their foundations are a Conversation Marketing Agency for brands working within digital and social media.  The company is made up of a mixture of talent from within the creative space and they're now looking to build a digital team to support their offering.  Their clients range from large fashion retailers to luxury travel brands and alcohol companies.

The role of Senior UX in their company will be a mix of research, understanding the end users and educating the internal team how to implement UX into their projects.  There will be a small amount of creating IA deliverables but with a view to growing the role into a strategic UX position.  Their output is multiple platform over native application, mobile web, social media and desktop.  As it's working within a collaborative environment there is scope to implement your ideas and concepts.
