I'm working with an branding consultancy who are renowned for the level of creativity and are listed as an award winning agency by a leading creative publication.  They have an outstanding design team and are looking to expand their digital team with a hire of a senior UX.



The role of senior UX at this agency will be the bridge between digital strategy and interaction design.  You'll be working on the full life cycle of their projects and will have a solid commercial awareness of UX and how to integrate it internally across their teams.  Being a UX at this agency you will also be involved with the pitch process of their projects.  Your focus with be predominantly with IA but there will be scope to get involved with some research work too.



Your role will be working over a mixture of digital projects, as an UX you'll be tasked with the following responsibilities;



* Heuristic reviews, user personas, site-maps, user journeys, wire-frames

* Supporting digital strategy and client workshops

* Implementing best practice within the agency



Longer term the vision is to grown their UX offering and for you to play a key role in this development.  For them it's a department within their agency that is being taken seriously and with that value the input from an experienced professional.



You'll need to be experience within UX software packages and know how to work under your own direction.  You will bring a deep knowledge of user centred design principles; to implement and share with both the agency and their clients.
