Hi Paola,

I'd add two assumptions/requests to yours:
- get the page flow working such that it is logical for keyboard-only
users and people who use their own high-contrast stylesheet; and
- have "skip to navigation" and "skip to content" links high up in the
tab order (i.e. logically at the top of the page).
