If people want reply-to-list, there WILL be large numbers of out-of-office
message appearing.

Mailman attempts to filter out OO spam by default, but because several
notable mail systems fail to add compliant headers to them, this mostly
fails (unless you block the senders, which obviously isn't very nice). The
only way I've found of dealing with them is to use a Bayesian filter on your
local machine.

But my vote would also be to set as reply-to-list.
