To keep expectations low, I would consider offering a free 30-minute or
1-hour audit with only 1 hour prep time. Use your best people to do it
live. No written report. 

How to qualify clients? Not my area, but well, have your salesperson
question them seriously about their needs and intentions. If they say
they're not ready, or if they don't have budget to ever call your
company
in, it's your call whether you do the audit anyway for the goodwill and
word of mouth.
