users=B4needs analysis, as well as  coordinating projects based on user
centered design will require someone who knows about marketing and =

strategy, as well as design, social sciences and usability engineering.
Retraining, for some IA=B4s might be necessary in order for us to do =
the same
things that we have done in the past, but to do them better.=20
