take the District &/or Circle line to Embankment. 
At this point you can either exit and walk over the river
using Hungerford Bridge, take the stairs down onto the
South Bank and walk through the Shell Centre (white
buildings behind you) onto York Road - Elizabeth House is
in front of you (this is about 10 minutes walk). 
Alternatively, at Embankment change onto the Northern Line
and travel one stop to Waterloo, take the South Bank exit
onto York Road - Elizabeth House is in front of you -
opposite the London Eye/Millennium Wheel. 
Option 2
Take the Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square, change onto
the Northern Line and travel south to Waterloo, take the
South Bank exit onto York Road - Elizabeth House is in
front of you - opposite the London Eye/Millennium Wheel.
