This full-service agency offers unified advertising, media, direct response, interactive, data analytics, you name it, in one of the most creative, award-winning agencies in the world. Over the past decade, they have assembled some of the world's best minds in eBusiness, eMarketing and branding. Their uniquely qualified Digital Leadership Group (DLG) is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of planners, strategists, creative, consumer insights, CMR, development, deployment and analytical measurement professionals. This means that they are structured to help their clients use technology for more than just banners and online acquisition tools — they consider customer-managed relationships in everything we do. Their unique approach provides opportunities for their clients to save money, streamline their business processes, use real-time, trigger/behavioral-based communications and increase their market share.

This client wants to fill their building to the brim with the most talented people in the industry, and are always looking to meet experienced, senior-level professionals in all disciplines. And it goes without saying (but we'll say it anyway) that attracting interactive specialists is one of their highest priorities. You don’t need to have a degree in advertising. You don’t need an MBA or PhD. You don’t need to tell us that you were editor of your high school yearbook in 1994 (but by all means let us know if you were voted “Most Likely to Succeed” or “Best Looking”).

You do need curiosity and energy. Dedication and integrity. Enthusiasm. Originality. And a big healthy serving of humour. We want folks who listen to the challenges of our clients and coworkers and instinctively become part of the solution. We want you because you are intelligent, inspiring, and refreshing. If you can play dodgeball team, make sure to include that too.
