Interestingly, NYT.com has 324.

It now occurs to me that what initially started out as a pointless
exercise in link-counting might actually have a use. This page has
(only) 235 links on it:

And it sucks. Badly.*

So, if I can find a *well-designed* page of similar type and link-count,
I could use it as a compare-and-contrast example in one of my legendary
Boring Presentations when attempting to explain what IA is.

Or (and this is scary), I could try to re-design the above page to make
it better while keeping the link count intact.

Better still, and far less risk for my ego, I could set this as a test
for potential IA candidates in job interviews!

Oh! The joys of thinking out loud!

Happy new year everyone by the way.

Jonathan

* Although these days most IA bets are off due to SEO (damn you
Google!), but let's leave that to one side for now.
