AND years of design experience.

Which is the ultimate control/validation/'research'

that most likely do a lot of 'design research' and focus groups and testing
and control and validation and a host of other 'processes'.

Remember, there's nothing ' fledgling ' about Design. It's been around for
millennia. It's all the manufactured little (design) title fiefdoms that are
fledgling.
