Yeah, can I humbly suggest Donna M nee Spencer stand up and tell us
all about it, because she does exactly this; bring the quality up (by
educating the clients and by getting closely involved in the
business), the price down (taking long-term contracts as a premise),
and gets her hands dirty (never consults as much as doing the work). I
love this woman. :)
