[Sigia-l] Volunteer to Review IA Summit Submissions

We are looking for volunteers who would be interested in reviewing IA Summit
submissions. We would like you to commit to reviewing and commenting on at
least 5 submissions, which will probably take you not more than 2 hours. (If
you'd like to review more than that, that'd be great, of course.)

If you are interested, please email me (samantha at baileysorts.com) with the
following information:

1) Name
2) Email address
3) Please indicate whether you'd like to review:
     a) General track submissions
     b) Business & Management track submissions
     c) Poster submissions
     d) Research track submissions

(Note: We will be reviewing General & Business/Mngmt submissions between now
and Dec 15. Posters and Research track submissions aren't due until Nov 30,
so they will be reviewed between Dec 1 and Jan 5)

What this will entail: After you send me the info requested above, we'll
send you an email about accessing the review system.

-First, you'll receive an email about accessing the system and you'll be
asked to indicate any "conflict of interest" issues you may have. This is to
recuse yourself from reviewing proposals where you'll find it hard to be
objective (e.g., close friends, close colleagues).

-After we get everyone signed up and sort through all the conflict of
interest cases, the system will generate a list of proposals for you to
review. You'll receive a second email with these proposals.

-Then we'll want you to log into the system and review the assigned
proposals.
