[Sigia-l] breadcrumbs all the way at the top

it above the branding treatment, it feels like the branding and company
information is secondary to the navigation - like I should be viewing
articles across various publications, not just within Frommers.  If the
articles are all "within" the Frommers space, it seems the navigation should
reflect that hierarchy.
