I'd like some help, please. What's the general consensus or conventional
wisdom on totally redesigning a site vs. incremental changes? I'm sort
of in the latter camp, but do think there's a time when a design has
reached a dead end or a design that is inherently flawed needs to be
scrapped (the silk purse syndrome). Then, too, there's always the issue
of enough resources (i.e., people) to make the changes in a timely
fashion. Any links to articles, studies, etc., will be appreciated.
