[Sigia-l] Google Search Appliance - KeyMatch - Governance?

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing the Google Search Appliance to 
search our intranet and are looking at the customizations available in 
terms of best bets, synonyms, etc.

Specifically, we would like to use the KeyMatch functionality to highlight 
specific results for specific searches. We thought we would start by 
creating KeyMatches for the top 25 searches (from search logs), including 
both those that return the top result and those that do not (though they 
still fall within the top 5 results). 

I am interested in hearing if there are any others who are using the 
Google Search Appliance KeyMatch functionality: have you encountered any 
issues or challenges around using KeyMatch within your organization? Do 
you have, or have you had to institute, any policies around who can 
suggest / request KeyMatches? Have you set up any governance models around 
this area or do you have any best practices to suggest?
