Coinciding with a feature entitled "The Architects of the Information
Age," in the current edition of Fortune magazine, the Information
Architecture and Knowledge Management (IAKM) Program at Kent State
University is pleased to announce an online certificate program and
an online Master of Science degree (both asynchronous) in Information
Architecture starting in the Fall, 2008.

The current Fortune builds the business case for information
architecture with observations by Eric Reiss, President of the
Information Architecture Institute and Content Strategist with FatDUX
Copenhagen. It also highlights the IAKM program at Kent State
University, with commentary by Thomas J. Froehlich, Director of the program.

This offering is continuation of IAKM's successful initiatives in
online education, which already provides an online certificate
program in Knowledge Management. It will also offer an online Master
of Science degree in Knowledge Management in the Fall.
