Todd,
This is about as upscale as it get in my hometown of Chicago,
http://www.charlietrotters.com/ or http://www.everestrestaurant.com/
Both are definitely out of my price range so I haven't had the
pleasure.

This is much tougher than I would have thought. I went to two of my
favorite chef's sites to track down their restaurants and I wasn't that
impressed. Alain Ducasse's restaurant site/page doesn't really do it
justice; Thomas Keller's is better. I'm not sure either of these guys
really have to worry about their site, considering their clientele.
Alain Ducasse has a fantastic little restaurant in the Plaza Athena in
Paris http://www.plaza-athenee-paris.com/restaurants_bars/alain.html
(ate here, site doesn't do it justice)
Thomas Keller's famous French Laundry
http://www.frenchlaundry.com/frenchlaundry.htm (flash site), albeit a
nicely done flash site.
Le Bec-Fin (french restaurant in Philly) http://www.lebecfin.com/ (flash
site)
V.Sattui (my favorite vineyard in N. Cali) http://www.vsattui.com/ (html
and flash)
Cheers!

In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice, they are not.
