[Sigia-l] Question for the Agencies - Ratio of UX to VisualDesigners

Thanks to all that replied. I do realize "it depends", I was just looking for a little fuzzy data to help support the idea that maybe we need to increase the size of our tiny department. It would only be one little piece of the rationale...
