[Sigia-l] Long lists

Hi Alex
I'm sure you'll get a load of great suggestions from IAs that know
more than me, but here are some initial ideas:
- Add an alphabetic index (so when you click on "C" you get jumped
down to all the ones starting with C)
- Provide a search
- Group contacts according to region or organisation type.
