[Sigia-l] "Rate this page" feature feasibility

I'm hoping to collect some points of view as to the value of a "rate this page" type of feature for a corporate HR intranet, or something simliar. Type of site is for an annual benefits enrollment intranet website that only will be live for several weeks.  This is the (relatively) static content site vs. the enrollment tool itself. Audience is internal employees, potentially in the tens of thousands. 

A reasearcher on my team is interested in collecting "just in time" feedback to help us learn what to revise or what to keep during and after the enrollment period. We are trying to determine feasability of a "rate this page" feature and the potential return on the effort. Our thinking is that we would place it on pages with content of high relevance and importance.

Also, does it make sense to do this on only a couple of pages, particularly for pages that are complicated information or on new types of information? Or is it more useful to include it on a number of pages in order to gauge what pages will receive the most feedback?

Any other tips or points of view would be appreciated.
