We are looking for a full time contract, contract to hire or full time employee to join our team in the capacity of an Information Architect/Usability Specialist.  This individual would be responsible for:
 
Providing creative and innovative solutions for online channel development in the area of Information and Interaction design 
Research, analysis and documenting user roles and needs 
Advising clients on strategic customer experience recommendations and business direction to facilitate an industry-leading experiences online 
Analyzing and documenting information architectures and interaction designs for client websites (via sitemaps, navigation diagrams, wireframes, etc.) 
Design and conduct usability evaluations at various stages of the project life-cycle 
Collaborate with the internal team and client to evaluate and communicate the best solution for the user and the business 
 
Position Requirements
·         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Information Architecture and Usability practice
·         Experience in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and travel/tourism a PLUS
·         Interaction Strategy, Development & Design knowledge and skill set
·         Usability Research and Testing knowledge and skill set
·         User-Centered Design Methodology and Human Factors training 
·         Familiarity with Internet technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Flash, client/server-side application processing, etc.)
·         Consulting and client communication skills
·         Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines while being a strong team player
·         Strong attention to detail while being able to see the big picture and think strategically
·         Copywriting and/or Business Analysis skill sets and experience a PLUS
