Hi!

Challis: So how do you go about doing this?
Marco: We simply follow the 22 requisites of the Stanca's law. It's quite
new and hard to be respected in every point (it puts limits on distance
between menu elements, for example, or limits in the constrast between
foreground and background) but we plan in every project with accessibility
in mind.

Challis: Are all practitioners are experts in accessibility?
Marco: We are a small company. On the development side we are 2 programmers
and 1 graphic. Everyone studied two book on accessibility and keeps updated
on the subject. I think that we know them quite well.

Challis: Does it permeate your process?
Marco: Yes, as I said previously.

Challis: Do you have an oversight group? Do they check compliance at the end
before launch?
Marco: No, we don't have an oversight group, but we have collaborations with
disables associations so, depending on a project, they can check (using
their hardware/software like Braille bars, screen readers and so on) if the
site is compliant with the law. I forgot to say that the law also indicates
the rules to control whether the site is compliant or not.

If you are interested into a translation of the requisites I can make it for
you.

Bye,
Marco
