it's an interesting situation, given that 'the' is an article and a determiner for a noun (when looking at it linguistically) .

the semantics of a title should indicate whether it adds value to the meaning of the subject or object and that should in turn dictate how you list an item, whether its "The Book", or "Book, the"

... i only wish i got there first and got an IgNobel  *LOL*
