We have some decent account people but I wouldn't know if they are
thinking of leaving or not. You'd you have to ask them yourself :)
I think a really great account person is someone who has a good
understanding of UX process or at the minimum empathetic with the
needs of UX. Helps facilitate the team and does not always default to
the clients wishes. Pretty simple wishlist but hard to find.
Perhaps you can ramp up your client team with UX process, give them
some insight into what you do and what the team's needs are.
