We used it here for a card sort for a new website and
were pretty happy with it - it was very easy to use. We
tried it with both unmoderated and moderated tests using
GoToMeeting to see the participant's screen.
The only limitation for us was that it could only do 1
level of sorting (you couldn't make groups of groups) but
all the other online card sorting tools seemed to have
that same limitation.

Has anyone used OptimalSort.com to conduct a remote card
sort? If so, what was your experience like? Would you
recommend it? How would you compare it to other online
card sorting tools?
Thank you in advance for your opinions!
Best,
Kyle
