I use a lot of different systems in an average day, so I guess that
I've being trained to expect inconsistency - I always look now to
doublecheck if OK really is OK.

For the average person that isn't spread across this
personal-mac-with-vista-for-some-things and multiple desktop systems,
I would probably go for spacial consistency (but probably test for
it).

Again, it really all does depend, doesn't it? :)
