I assume you know about Adaptive Path's UX Intensive offering by now, and the fact that they'll be coming to Amsterdam in June (if not, check out: http://www.adaptivepath.com/events/2007/jun/).

Since I live here, I wanted to let you know you have an "information architect friend" in Amsterdam who might be able to help you find/review a place to eat, drink, or sleep. We could even arrange a SIGIA-L outing one night.
